The entire northern ridge of Fagaras (80 km) from Turnu Rosu to Plaiu Foii is suitable for running; the running can continue over a few more days on the southern ridge of Fagaras – the Iezer massif and further on the ridge of Piatra Craiului up to Bucegi

The attractions can be found throughout: the traces of the ice age: valleys and glacial cirques, in which lakes with drinking water were formed, amazing landforms: Cleopatra's needle, The Window of the Kites.

Flora and fauna are definitely an attraction that can no longer be admired everywhere: red mountain peonies (rhododendron), queen's flower (corner flower), flocks of black goats and cute marmots
